HARTZ CAME TO US WITHT A SERIOUS PROBLEM…
Their social wasn’t fun. It was losing engagement daily, the posts were getting lost in feeds and not relating to people, especially their target audience of young millennial pet owners. Over the last year, we’ve rebuilt the brand on Instagram, proving to be relatable and fun. We got weird. We made videos about cat pants. We brought in memes. We got a shit ton of hate because of some TikTok videos (not made by Hartz). We persevered. Anyway, enjoy.
