When I joined the team, FSA had outgrown its insider-focused messaging and needed to evolve to become more approachable for both its older core audience and growing millennial customer segment. I was brought in to help spearhead the company's enormous rebrand by leading an in-house team with the VP of Branding and Design Director. We spent months creating new logos, site designs, brand voice, taglines, and overhauling the company's marketing, social content, video production, B2B presence and lots more.
Ultimately, we took first prize in Newsweek’s 2020 Best Online Shop. Our HSA guides also took home silver in the Digital Health Awards in 2019. More info here.
